Class: Offensive
Effect: Throws a wave of flame at targets and deals c rank damaged upon hit. Able to inflict deep bruises, severe first degree burns, and cuts down to the top level of muscle in terms of damage. Travels at a speed of 15 m/s and has a range of 20 meters. The wave is approx. 5x5 Meters

Effect: Encases target in a water bubble double the size of the target. Able to inflict surface level bruising, mild burns, and skin level cuts. Travels at a speed of 10 m/s and has a range of 15 meters. Raina is able to determine the temperature of the water. Ex. she can make it burning water or freezing water.

Douse- Since this is a D-rank spell, it would only be capable of surface level bruising, mild burns, and skin level cuts. The speed for D-rank spells is 10m/s. Change the cooldown to 2 posts.
Rosetta- Since you have to pay an upkeep cost for this spell, change the duration to "sustained".

Ember- State the dimensions of the wave.
Shine- State the dimensions of the beam.
Douse- Maximum range for D-rank spells is 15m.
