Appearance: Black Marlin takes the appearance of a small ring that can be worn on the user's middle finger. It is fashioned in the shape of a dragon's head with an azure lacrima embedded within the head of the dragon. Within this jewel resides the power of a powerful water beast, said to have dominion over any type of liquid. As a result, the bearer of this ring is also granted the ability to manipulate and control any type of liquid.
Abilities/Functions:

• Water Cannons (A-rank|40 MP)- The user collects water from within a 20m diameter of them then shoots it in five 2m wide streams at an opponent. The streams travel at a speed of 20m/s and has a range of 30m. Should the streams make contact, they will inflict broken bones and moderate internal injuries to the opponent. This ability has a 4 post cooldown.
  
• Snake of the Abyss (A-rank|40 MP)- The user will form a 10m snake out of water and fire it at an opponent. The snake travels at a speed of 20m/s and has a range of 30m. Should the snake make contact with an opponent, they will suffer broken bones, moderate internal injuries, and severe lacerations. This ability has a 4 post cooldown.
  
• Evil Dragon Spear (A-rank|40 MP)- The user will conjure then launch four 3m wide pillars of water upward from the ground towards an opponent's location. These columns rise at a speed of 20m/s to a height of 10m and have a range of 30m. If an opponent is struck, they will suffer broken bones and moderate internal injuries. This ability has a 4 post cooldown.
  
• Judgment of the Ten Heavenly Water Dragons (50 MP + sustain cost|Takes up 1 S-rank spell slot)- The user will manipulate any exposed liquid source within a 10m diameter of their location and create 15m long dragons. The user is capable of controlling these dragons to attack their opponents, the dragons capable of inflicting severe internal injuries, shattered bones, and near fatal lacerations. This ability has a 8 post cooldown.
  
• Blades of Blood (50% of overall MP|Takes up 1 SS-rank spell slot)- The user manipulates their own blood or the blood of their opponent if they have exposed wounds to create ten crescent shaped blades of blood. These blades are two meters in length and bear sharpened edges along both the interior curve and exterior curve. The blades can be launched at an opponent at a speed of 35m/s and travel up to 50m. If the blades make contact, they are capable of easily severing limbs if unguarded and possibly even death. This ability can only be used once per thread.
