Jacob's Armor/weapon effects
Ice Sword effects/spells
Name: Ice Sword wall
Rank: D
Cost: 20 MP
Requirements: Magic energy
Class: Defensive
Effect: It creates a 8 foot wall of ice in the direction i slash
Cool Down: 2 minutes
Name: Ice striker
Rank: D
Cost: 10 MP
Requirements: Magic energy
Class: Offensive
Effect: It causes my sword to fire shards of ice at 3 MPH towards my target
Cool Down: 30 seconds
Ice armor
Name: Fire resistance
Rank: D
Cost: No MP
Class: Defensive
Effect: the armor has a resistance to the element of fire
Cool Down: None
Fire Sword Spells/effects
Name: Fire slasher
Rank: D
Cost: 20 MP
Class: Offensive
Effect: My sword when it slashes can launch waves of fire at my target
Cool Down: 5 seconds per slash
Name: Fire Push

Class: Defensive
Effect: When i slash upward my sword (if close enough) can push my target away.

Effect: The armor has a resistance to the elements water and ice

Effect: My gauntlet on the armor bursts into flames and gives me a boost into my punch that can do more damage and has a knock back effect (depending on opponent)

All powers need a cool down based upon posts and not by actual minutes. Regarding your ice and fire armors. The element used can only be resistant to what it's strong against. (Fire> ice, nature, steel, poison) those would have to be reworked.
